What is the Stream Team?

The Stream Team is an online community that provides members with the opportunity to provide feedback on shows and movies they watch through online surveys and other activities. Participation in the Stream Team community is by invitation only and is managed by Forsta, a third-party global research company.

Is it free to participate?

Absolutely! After receiving an invitation to join the Stream Team, all you have to do is register to become a member and begin providing your valuable feedback!

Do I need to provide my personal information to join the Stream Team?

The only information you will ever need to provide to become a Stream Team member is your email address, and we will never share or sell it to third parties.

What if I can't remember my login or password?

Your login is the email address you used when registering for the Stream Team. If you forgot your password, you can use this link to reset.

Will I be notified when there are opportunities to provide feedback?

Yes! You will receive email notifications any time we have a new survey available for you. The email we use is the one you provided when you became a member or the one currently listed on the My Profile page of your Stream Team account. Be sure to add invite@surveys.streamteampanel.com to your registered email’s contacts list so you never miss an opportunity to tell us what you think!

Can I change my registered email address?

Yes! You can update your profile information at any time, including changing your registered email address through the community site and by clicking on Update Account page.

Where can I find the official rules on participating in the Stream Team community?

Can other members of my household sign up for the Stream Team?

Participation in the Stream Team community is by invitation only and is limited to one member per household, however, there may be opportunities for other household members to provide feedback from time to time.

Can I opt out of participating in the Stream Team?

Your participation in the Stream Team is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time. To do so, click here. Make sure you redeem any rewards points before you go! Once you unsubscribe, you will not be able to log back into your Stream Team account, and we’d hate for you to lose any points that you have already earned.

Stream Team Points - How It Works

Stream Team points are our way of saying thank you to Stream Team members for providing feedback on movies and show that you watch. These points can be redeemed for exciting gift cards to your favorite retailers and brands.

How It Works


1. Make Sure Your Account is Activated

After completing the registration survey, you received an activation email with the subject line “Final step to join The Stream Team by Forsta” sent by invite@surveys.streamteampanel.com. If you have not already done so, please use the link included in that email to activate your account. The process is that simple!

If you have received any of our invitations to provide feedback or our newsletters, then your account is activated. You can check your account status and update your profile at any time on the community site by clicking the Update Profile page. You can also check to make sure you are opted in to receive invitations to provide feedback.

Remember, your login is always your registered email address.

Forget your password? You can use this link to reset password or the link on the login page at any time.

2. Start Providing Feedback

After activating your account, you will receive your first invitation to provide feedback. It will have the subject line “Welcome to the Stream Team by Forsta - Don’t Miss Your Chance to Earn Points!” and be delivered to you from invite@surveys.streampanel.com. Remember to add us to your registered email’s contacts so you never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts with us.

Your first invitation from us will give you a better idea of how the Stream Team works and help us learn a bit more about your entertainment preferences. Once this step has been completed, you become a full member of the Stream Team community!

If you don’t participate at the time your first invitation email is received, you can access it by clicking on Surveys located at the top right corner in the menu bar of the Stream Team community site. Remember to login, use your registered email address.

3. Check Your Inbox Regularly for Opportunities to Provide Feedback

Once your account is activated, you will start to receive opportunities to share your thoughts on the shows and movies you stream. These will be in the mailbox of your registered email address. Each time you are asked to share your thoughts, you can expect to spend between 5 and 15 minutes providing feedback. Once you complete the survey, you will see how many points you earned.

Opportunities to share your thoughts with Stream Team fill up fast, so be sure to check your inbox regularly!

4. Earn Points

The points you earn when you provide feedback will be deposited to your account within 7 business days and are accessible to you on the My Rewards page. The more you share your thoughts with the Stream Team, the more points you will earn and these little tokens of appreciation add up over time.

5. Redeem Points for Gift Cards

Stream Team points earned are redeemable for gift cards to your favorite retailers and brands. Options for redemption will be available on your dashboard.

What are Stream Team Points?

How do I earn points?

It’s simple! All you have to do is continue sharing your thoughts and opinions through the surveys you take and you will earn points!

How many points will I earn when I provide feedback?

The points you earn each time you participate in a Stream Team survey will vary.

Where can I see the points that I have earned?

Visit the My Rewards section of the Stream Team community site any time you want to see your accumulated points value. You can redeem your points here, too!

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed in five easy steps:

  1. Login to the Stream Team community site by using your login (remember this is always your registered email address) and password.
  2. Go to the My Rewards page.
  3. Browse our selection of available gift cards and select those you wish to receive.
  4. Click on the shopping card icon located on the right side of the My Rewards page to add your gift card selections to your cart.
  5. Once you have redeemed all of the points you’d like, click the shopping cart icon again to complete your order.

How will I receive my gift cards?

All gift cards will be sent electronically to your registered Stream Team email address. You will receive instructions during checkout and via email.

What gift cards can I redeem my points for?

Please visit the My Rewards page of the Stream Team community site to see the gift cards that are available in your area.

Can I redeem my points for cash?

No, points can only be redeemed for gift cards.

When can I expect to receive my points after I provide feedback?

Your points will be processed and posted to your account within 7 business days of providing your valuable feedback.

Do my points expire?

Points expire one (1) year from the date of being issued. You can keep track of when you earned reward points on the My Rewards page of the Stream Team community site.

Will I be notified when I have points that will expire soon?

Yes! We will reach out to you by email at your registered Stream Team email address 30 and 10 days before any points are set to expire. We will also remind you on the My Rewards page.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No! Every time you qualify for a survey and provide feedback, you will earn points. Be sure to participate any time you can!

What happens to my points if I unsubscribe from the Stream Team panel?

If you choose to unsubscribe, we will be sad to see you go but want you to receive all the points your valuable feedback has earned, so be sure to redeem them before you do. Unfortunately, once the unsubscribe process has been completed, all unredeemed points will be lost.
